Pier Mannuccio Mannucci

Emeritus professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Milan. He directed the Internal Medicine Clinic and the Coagulation Disorders Centre at the Fondazione IRCCS Ospedale Maggiore in Milan and served as Scientific Director from 2010 to 2015. Author of 1,263 publications and recipient of numerous international scientific awards. His research focuses on haemophilia, von Willebrand disease, cardiac physiology, venous thromboembolism and the effects of air pollution on health.
