Michele Ciavarella

Born in 1970, he studied mechanical engineering at the Politecnico di Bari and at the University of Oxford. He is currently Full Professor at the Politecnico di Bari. Previously Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, Research Fellow at the University of Southampton, Senior Researcher at CNR, he has been Humboldt Research Fellow at TUHH-Hamburg and maître de conférences at the École Polytechnique in Paris. He is the author of about 200 scientific papers in international journals.
